Booking and Cancellation Policy
🚐Transport & Preparation
Dogs are transported individually but may share the vehicle with up to 3-4 dogs in total if from the same household.
Please have vaccination records and a valid health certificate ready- needs to be issued within 10 days of travel.
All dogs must travel with a harness-style leash ( with some exceptions). If needed, we can provide one for $25.
If your pet has any allergies or sensitivities (food, bedding, treats, etc.), please notify us in advance.
We are USDA-registered and fully insured for pet transport.
⏱️ Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery is approximately 48 hours per 1,000 miles.
We are not responsible for traffic, detours, or unforeseen weather-related delays, and we will be communicating with you so you can be aware of our situation and timeframe changes.
When travelling by air, we are not responsible for any flight delays. We do request that you be available at the airport for pick-up, unless another arrangement is made.
💳 Payment Details
Payment methods accepted: Zelle, Cash, Venmo, PayPal.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and make flight arrangements if applicable.
This deposit goes toward your total.
The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
Deposit amounts may be rounded for simplicity.
Tips, although completely optional, are very welcome and appreciated.
❌ Cancellation Terms
More than 72 hours before pickup: Full refund of deposit.
24–72 hours before pickup: 25% of deposit (or $150 minimum) is retained, remainder refunded
Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund of deposit.
